This little side table was found at a thrift store last week. The handles are original to the piece and it’s solid wood. Great construction all around. Although white isn’t my favorite color, this piece needed it. I couldn’t resist adding a warm ochre to the inside.
It will be picked up in a couple of days to be used in a special place… more on that in the coming days. Gotta go pick up the kids. Have a great afternoon!
Materials used
White: Benjamin Moore Advance AF-50
Ochre: Valspar #213440
Primer: Benjamin Moore All Purpose primer (oil based)
I applied the primer then sanded. Three coats of each color were applied.

Hi Dana. Thanks for the comment. Yeah, I get what you’re saying… there have been many times when I pass over furniture and wish I had lingered a bit longer in order to see the potential! Have a great day.
