Gray and Brown Buffet

Martha Leone

Gray Buffet Martha Leone Design

I think I like this piece of furniture because it highlights the wonderful new color we put in our dining room. It's Blackberry by Benjamin Moore. It's black but has undertones of blue and purple. Awesome. On to the furniture.

This amazingly crafted piece was made by The White Fine Furniture Company. It was originally painted for a relative who changed her mind and chose another piece of mine for her kitchen. So, I'm trying something new on etsy... I'm offering it as-is but offering to paint the insets another color (at not additional charge). I kinda have a love/hate relationship with that brown. I think I'm bothered by the hue. But, gray and brown combos are very beautiful so I'm hoping someone may like it.

Gray paint is Benjamin Moore Advance in Satin (this is my favorite paint for kitchen cabinets and dresser tops that will get lots of wear). It's expensive and not necessary but levels so nicely with minimal brush strokes.
